Would highly recommend. Great place.
The location was great and felt safe. The staff was very helpful. Nice and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good.
Entry was a bit tricky. I got the hang of it eventually but before arriving felt unsure. Thankfully receptionist was quick and responsive.

Location location location with very nice staff.
The property was ok but the spa experience was a big deception.
I had a reservation for three but was charged as for 4 and you could only walk between the beds to reach the bathroom.

Central location with friendly helpful staff
Very central location, 3 minute walk to Uffizi and other locations within 10 minutes walk. Room was spotless with A/C and very reliable WiFi. Very quiet at night even with such a central location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
